Self-Referral is now LIVE!

Exciting news, Wellbeing Exeter has opened up the referral routes to our service and you can now self refer! This cuts out any of the barriers people may have in being able to work with a Community Connector. The form is live on our website here. Anyone can self-refer to us if they meet the criteria.
