Wellbeing is about feeling good and functioning well and includes engaging in meaningful activities and pursuing goals.
Here are a few seasonal wellbeing tips and ideas that you may like to try.

EASY FLAPJACK

Choose your favourite nuts and dried fruits in this versatile dairy-free flapjack recipe, or change it up each time you make them – be adventurous! Just use up whatever dried or fresh fruit you have around and any nuts so this recipe can change every time you make it! Simple but tasty.
EVENTS @ THE MOORINGS EXETER
The Moorings Exeter have set up some regular events. Make & Mingle is a drop-in but you will need to book for the Peer Support Group and the Peer Support LGBTQ+ Group by calling them or emailing. You can find out more about The Moorings and what they offer here.
WESTBANK HEALTH WALKS
Westbank's Health Walks offer regular short walks each week from various locations across Exeter and Devon. Anyone can turn up and join in – it’s free, fun and friendly. Explore the outdoors, get to know the local area and meet new friends too. Find out more here. It's good to get active and move more.
