Exeter City Council New Digital Customer Service Strategy Consultation is open from 3 August to 15 September 2023.
The strategy outlines an approach that is centred around the needs of customers and is informed by the way that digital technology has changed the way people live, connect and work.
They would like feedback from partner and stakeholder organisations as well as individual citizens. Please help in promoting the consultation with community groups whose views they are really keen to hear.
Your help would be appreciated in letting people you work with know that they would like to hear from them, especially people who may not connect with the council through social media or the website. There are some links below that you can share widely and also a link to a printable version of the survey for individuals who may prefer to complete the survey offline.
