By Silvia Salerno (Community Connector)

It's now common knowledge how spending time outdoors, being creative and connecting with others can lift our mood and help us fight stress in these times of uncertainty.

So our Community Connectors recently organised two photography walks for our connectees. The walks took place in the city centre and on the Quay.

Our connectees enjoyed mindful moments of trying to catch bees on camera and finding evocative spots on the Quay. There was chatting, a few laughs and some spontaneous plant identification. They even had a little bird posing at arm's distance so they could take beautiful close ups!

The experience was also a reminder that we don't need fancy cameras to take beautiful pictures. In fact, all these pictures were taken with a smartphone. Will you give it a try on your next walk?
