What if the smallest step was the most important one?

Living with anxiety can make even the simplest tasks feel overwhelming. Starting something new, walking into a group, or asking for support can seem impossible.

In our latest blog, one of our team shares their own journey of living with anxiety and how the support they received through Wellbeing Exeter helped them take those first small steps towards feeling more confident, connected and hopeful.

It's an honest reminder that progress doesn't have to be perfect. Sometimes it's a short walk, a cup of coffee, or simply saying "yes" to trying something new.

If you've ever felt like you're struggling, we hope this story reminds you that you're not alone—and that support is available when you're ready.
